FAQ’s

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do you have a minimum order?

A. We will do an order as small as 30 shirts per design but there may be some restrictions on size and number of colors. We recommend printing at least 50 pieces for best pricing.

Q. What is the typical turnaround time?

A. Typical turnaround time is 7-15 business days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate, is not guaranteed and starts when your order is paid for and we have all information needed to complete your job. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order, please let us know when placing your order and we will certainly do our best to accommodate.

Q. How can I get a quote?

A. You can request a quote by calling 252-522-8001 or by filling out our “Get a Quote” form.

Q. Do you charge screen, setup or design fees?

A. We do not charge screen, setup or ink mixing fees like many other printing shops do. In addition, we generally do not charge design fees if working with your supplied artwork. In some cases, extensive design time may be billed at $50/hr. However, we will let you know upfront if your design will require extra time.

Q. Can I see my design before placing an order?

A. Absolutely. Artwork for every job we print must be approved by the customer before we start production.

Q. Can I mix and match shirt & ink colors?

A. Yes. Different shirt colors are okay as long as the ink colors are the same.

Q. Can I mix shirt sizes & do I need to order in dozens?

A. You can order as many different shirt sizes as you want and you do not have to order in dozens, unless otherwise stated.

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. Most orders that go through our shop are customer pickup orders. We do offer UPS Ground shipping if needed at an additional charge (we charge exactly what we pay to ship your shirts, no more).

Q. When do I pay, and what methods of payment do you accept?

A. Once you approve your quote, we immediately order your blank apparel and any materials associated with your job. Because of the custom nature of screen printing, we require payment up front for most orders. Larger orders, we can sometimes do a half down payment and then the rest at completion, depending on the amount of overhead the job requires. For schools, churches and civic organizations that require a check upon delivery, we will work with you!
